This was a great hotel. Good location, great service, good amenities. The staff were very friendly and the room was very spacious and very quite. Of note, they don’t offer breakfast, but plenty of good options right outside the front door. Would book again if I was back in Bangkok.

We booked this hotel because of the great reviews and somehow it didnt meet our expectations unfortunately. Room: we found it dusty and not clean enough and the plugs for phones were not fully working. There is an open door to the outside and heat and warm air comes through as it is not very well isolated. There is AC but it basically blows in your head if you are in bed because of the way it is positioned. There was no hot water which is okay as it is 40 degrees outside, but still if you would like to take warm shower its difficult. Also, the shower drainage is full and the water in the bathroom easily overflows. Location: very good and quiet overall, however isolation between the rooms is not good and you can easily hear the others. Bring earplugs. Service and personnel: Friendly and attempt to be helpful All in all having in mind the price it is good value for money, but as it was ranked as #20 in Bangkok we definitely expected something more. It could well be the problem was in our expectations, we should have looked better that it is just a 2 stars hotel.

Attended a wedding in Bangkok and stayed at Naga Residence. I had contacted them about transport to the wedding venue which was an hour’s drive away. They promptly arranged a taxi for us with fare quotation within the hour. We arrived into the hotel around 9pm and the reception was open and waiting for us. We booked a deluxe room which comes with a mini kitchenette and microwave. The room is very clean and honestly, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I sank into deep slumber as soon as my head touched the pillow. Toiletries are provided and the bathroom is very clean. I felt the water heater in the shower could have been a tad hotter but we could still take a nice shower. Housekeeping responds to requests almost immediately. The hotel is tucked away in an alley and doesn’t have room service or a restaurant but there are plenty of food available outside the hotel. The 7-11 around the corner provided all our breakfast and snack supplies. There are a couple of malls within walking distance and the most delicious Thai iced tea a couple of shops down the road from Naga. Thai hospitality is world renowned and I have to say I was impressed.

And yes, I keep coming back to the Naga residence, and cannot fault them. Always friendly, even when Covid times have hit hard the hotel industry. Discounted room prices made the sojourn very affordable at the time, without compromising on the quality. Room was cleaned daily, greatly appreciated. At that time, not all businesses around were operating, but it was enough to find plenty of food and a bit of shopping. Transports were for the first time surprisingly not so crowded! A strange but nice feeling of being one of the few "farangs". Thanks.

been stayed here more than 20 times overpassed 3 years and still going on for a first choice to sleep in this area. nice and clean room and top up with a friendly staff. closed to a famous eatery area. ease to move around to city center.
